What you get when you call
- Towing assistance. Your covered vehicle is towed to the service facility of your choice, up to fifty (50) miles or up to two (2) hours port-to-port, whichever comes first.
- Flat tire assistance. Removal of the flat tire and replacement with the already-mounted spare located with the covered vehicle.
- Tire replacement assistance. Covers the service call to deliver a replacement tire to the disablement site. You pay for the tire and its installation.
- Oil, fluid and water delivery. An emergency supply is delivered if your covered vehicle becomes disabled after running out of fluids. You pay for the oil, fluid or water.
- Fuel delivery service. Up to ten (10) gallons delivered if your covered vehicle is in immediate need. You pay for the cost of the fuel.
- Lock-out and replacement key. Assistance gaining entry to the covered vehicle, up to a maximum benefit of $100.00 for the total cost of lockout service and a new key.
- Battery assistance. A jump start or battery delivery service to start your covered vehicle. The battery, parts and labor are at your expense.
- Extrication and winching. Assistance when the covered vehicle is stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area within 50 yards of a paved road or highway, up to a maximum of half an hour for a single truck's service per occurrence.

How far will you tow the truck?
To the service facility of your choice, up to fifty (50) miles or up to two (2) hours port-to-port, whichever comes first.
What happens if I have a flat?
There are two separate benefits. Flat tire assistance removes the flat and fits the already-mounted spare carried with the truck. Tire replacement assistance covers the service call to deliver a replacement tire to the disablement site, and you pay for the tire and its installation.
What if I run out of fuel?
Up to ten (10) gallons are delivered to you, and you pay for the fuel itself. Oil, fluid and water work the same way: the delivery is covered and the product is yours.
Am I covered if I lock myself out?
Yes, up to a maximum benefit of $100.00 for the total cost of lockout service and a new key.
Will you winch me out?
Yes, when the truck is stuck within 50 yards of a paved road or highway, up to a maximum of half an hour of service for a single truck per occurrence.
Can I see where the service truck is?
Yes. Roadside Trax shows the service truck's location in Google Maps, from the moment it is en route to the moment the job is done.
When can I call?
